Websites for contractors

See your website before you pay.

I build one-page websites for roofers, landscapers, HVAC, grading and other local trades. I build yours first, using your real reviews and photos. You look at it on your phone. If you like it, it's yours.

One-time fee of $600 to $750. No monthly fee from me.

How it works

No risk to you

1

I build it

I put together a site for your business from your Google listing, reviews and job photos. No cost to you.

2

You look at it

I send you a link. Look at it on your phone and show your crew.

3

You decide

If you want it, sign a one-page agreement and pay once. If not, no hard feelings.

4

It's yours

I set up hosting and your domain in your name, then hand over the keys.

What you get

A site that gets you calls

Most people find a contractor on their phone. Your site loads fast, shows your Google rating up top, and puts your phone number one tap away.

  • Built for phones first, and looks right on a computer too
  • Your Google rating and real customer reviews
  • Your own job photos and video, plus your logo
  • Your services, service area, hours and license info
  • Tap to call, directions, and a link to your booking or estimate page
  • Shows up correctly when you text or post the link
  • Hosting and domain set up in your name, so you own it
Pricing

One price. Paid once.

Standard site

$600

  • Tap to call and directions
  • One round of changes within 14 days
  • Hosting and domain set up in your name

$750
One-time fee

Hosting is free on most small sites. A domain name usually costs about $10 to $15 a year, paid by you directly to the registrar. I don't charge a monthly fee. Bigger jobs are quoted up front.

Payment and refunds

Simple terms

How you pay

Card or bank transfer through a secure Stripe payment link or invoice. Payment is due once you approve the site and sign the agreement.

Refunds

You see the finished site before you pay, so payments are final once the site is handed over. If something isn't right, tell me within 14 days and I'll fix it.

After handoff

You own the site, the domain and the hosting account. Ongoing updates aren't included, but I can quote them if you need them.
